Team Work

Team work...

I thought i understand this word...

But when come to today...

I just realize...

Sometimes my understanding of team work..

Might be slightly different from some others...

My definition of team work...

Is trust...

This is the essential and the basic of team work...

Without trust there is no team work...

There will not be a team at all what not work...

Trusting the capability of everyone in the team is really important....

Beside trust... help is also important...

Help is to compliment each other weakness...

To make the team stronger...

Patience is also needed in a team...

Without patience there will be lot's of argument...

There is also love and passion...

Team has got to have the passion to achieve the same mission...

Team mate has got to love each other as brother and sister.....

My definition of team work is just so simple...

Trust, help, patience, love and passion

Maybe there is more but these are the basic to form a team...
